Modern Journalism London

Modern Journalism London is a group organising free events for journalists and publishing professionals in London, created as a reaction to the mostly paid-for events run by big organisations. 

We believe that there's lots of experience in London that isn't shared, but we couldn't find a forum to talk about it.  We want this group to be inclusive and modern - rather than focusing on the journalism of the past, we want to focus on where we're going, and how we need to adapt to produce great content in a rapidly changing industry.

We encourage all kinds of journalists to join - magazine, newspaper or digital - staff or freelance - writing, editing, production or art. We want to foster an inclusive, welcoming and relaxed forum to share ideas and skills.
