As New Yorkers, we want the city to stay on the cutting edge of transportation. As developers, technologists, and advocates, we are exploring the intersection of transportation, data, and innovation. Within this meetup, we are forging a positive, mutually beneficial relationship between data providers and the New York technology community.

Transit Techies NYC unites New York's tech and transit enthusiast communities: We are a tight-knit and passionate group and would love for you to join us! Every other month we gather and have 3-4 lightning talks on a range of project types (personal, company, research), often specifically focused on NY public transit (although we do get friends from out of town). We work hard to be inclusive and welcoming to members of all backgrounds, and to expand the definition of a techie.
