Join us for a relaxing evening of Yin Yoga immersed in the calming earthy resonance of Native American flutes. The Native American flute is a unique musical instrument with a long history and cultural significance. The very air which produces its soothingly haunting sound as the air flows from our own bodies into the wooden flute comes from trees that grow and give us oxygen to breathe. A reminder of our sacred connection to all life forms.
Yin Yoga is a relaxing and spaciously paced floor-based yoga practice based on the Taoist concept of yin and yang, opposite and complementary principles in nature. The yin aspect of the practice focuses on the stillness, the unmoving, and the unseen. Deep stretches for rejuvenation and long holds for contemplation are the hallmarks of a Yin practice.
We hope you will join us for this earth alchemy of multiple wood flutes, rain sticks, buffalo drums, chakapa, and other tranquil echoes of nature.
Please bring a yoga mat and dress comfortably. Props are provided. Studio mat rentals are $3 each.

IMMERSE YOURSELF IN GROUP CLASSES FEELING CONFIDENT AND RELAXED!

We developed and designed this beginner-friendly experiential workshop as an easy-to-digest introduction to yoga. In a casual learning environment, we will explore yoga postures, prop usage, breathing techniques, meditation, yoga philosophy, and more.

We will be limiting the number of enrollments to 10 in an effort to maintain the interactive nature of the program and to offer participants the opportunity to ask questions and receive personalized one-on-one attention from us.

With over 5,000 teaching hours, devoted personal practices which span well over a decade, and an ongoing commitment to remain active in continuous study and development, you can be assured that all elements of our teachings are consistently being delivered in a safe, intelligent, reverent, and restorative manner.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or someone who just wants to return to the basics, we feel sure that at conclusion of this workshop you will feel confident and ready to attend your first (or next) yoga class feeling informed and relaxed.
