In the digital age where prospective renters and buyers are scouring hundreds of listings across the entire internet, renters and sellers are left with a very brief window of opportunity to capture clients' attention. Price and location aside, oftentimes a client's choice to reach out to a seller is based on the visuals of the listing. As noted by real estates companies, improving imagery can easily increase sales by over 20%. A notable example, Airbnb's stunning doubling of revenue, in 2009, by replacing home photos with beautiful high res ones. Which led to Airbnb's initiation of their Photography program in 2010. View more in "The Art that saved Airbnb from bankruptcy" article by Andrea Dusi.
With today's demands for fast turn arounds, scheduling a photographer each time fresh photos are needed may not be a suitable solution. Learning quick and effective tools to Do It Yourself (or your staff) can prove to be a great investment in the long term as well as a better match to your specific imagery and scheduling needs. As you may have already realized, photographing a property is a deceivingly complex endeavor; lighting is tricky, furniture is awkward, and somehow even the biggest room is made to look like a closet. And then there's... staging. This 2 hour session will walk you through everything you need to know to enhance your images 5-fold!
We have compiled this excellent quick seminar that will walk you through all the above and it will provide you with out of the box tricks and techniques to guide you down the road to real estate photography success. Sessions will also include plenty of other pointers such as image selection, marketing practices and understanding how photographs can be effectively used. For a hands on trial and error test shoot, please continue on to Part 2, or schedule a One-on-One session with your instructor at any time.
Created by and for professionals with busy schedules in mind, this workshop is a great choice for anyone looking to save time and enhance their real estate images above market average.
Requirements: Mobile camera - Or any camera: DSLR, Mirrorless, Point and Shoot. Note, for tips on how to use the camera shooting settings, please refer to our Phoneography workshops.****** Look out for the attendee link to join the class - sent to you by email after registration ***
