Welcome! http://photos2.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/d/5/6/c/event_15654636.jpeg
Hoopdance Class by donation is a great way to introduce yourself to Hoopdance as a fitness.... (" I have a hoop for you.") just bring yourself, and learn about all the great benefits hooping can do for your body and your life...
- Hooping can burn up to 400 calories in 1 hour by just basic waist hooping or
600 calories in 1 hour by incorporating speed, tricks/movements & jumping to your hooping. *
-
Most Hooping is low to no impact, so its wonderful for people of all ages and athletic abilities.
It builds cardio strength and tones and tightens the abs, buns, arms, shoulders, legs, & back. -
Hoops for Fitness & Dance are larger then the ones we played with as kids, big kids big hoops.
-
This is a joy inducing laugh out loud total body workout that refines your movements and
aligns your body, builds coordination and helps you to feel good inside and out.
Its a great way to meet others interested in Hooping as well as learn the basics of HoopDance and burn off some extra calories. I will always have hoops to borrow or buy, During all classes.
