This is more a 'how to think about products' meetup than 'how to templates'.
We, at the organizing team of ProductTank Tel Aviv set a purpose we find appealing for 2016: Be the access point to product management for First Timers (who are builders: engineers, data analysts, designers, etc.). We strive to curate the best meetups and cater the best content for first time PMs; people who would like to become PMs; and those who hire PMs.
