The New Product Moat
HoneyBook's office, 30 Shlomo Ibn Gabirol St., Tel Aviv, IL# The New Product Moat: GTM in the Age of AI
# Description
AI is making it easier to build, copy, and iterate on products. The difficult question is where durable advantage comes from when technology alone is no longer enough.
Helena Bachar will share HoneyBook's journey from zero to the App Store in ten weeks - and why launch is where the real work starts. Her talk will explore what it takes to bring a new mobile product to market and what teams learn once it reaches real users.
The conversation will then expand into a panel with product, growth, and marketing leaders exploring GTM in the age of AI: how teams sharpen positioning, create demand, improve conversion, and build an advantage that is harder to copy than a feature.# Agenda
