ProductTank provides an opportunity for Product Managers in Lisbon to exchange ideas and experiences about Product Design, Development and Management, Business Modelling, Metrics, User Experience and all the other things that get us excited. Events include talks from guest speakers on topics around product management, networking opportunities, and a good old-fashioned chin-wag over a beer or two. We're open to companies big and small. We also welcome early-stage technology businesses looking to learn how to get their ideas off the ground. For our next ProductTank Lisbon meetup, we're welcoming Andrew Skotzko, product leadership coach, strategy advisor, and author of The Strategy Cycle: A Field Guide to Leading Product Strategy by Making Better Bets.
Andrew is joining us as part of his European book tour to share a practical approach to product strategy. We'll explore how to make better strategic choices, turn them into a clear set of bets, and keep your strategy relevant as you learn and circumstances change.

- How to turn your strategy into a portfolio of bets rather than just another roadmap.
