This Quantified Self Meetup is particularly concerned with the use of Quantified Self to improve health, longevity, and survival. Metrics about the self can be obtained from various forms of wearable devices, as well as from other sources, such as blood tests, DNA tests, personal achievement records, dietary records, etc. Self-knowledge through self-quantification can be a means for better living and a longer, healthier life.
