Sacramento Freethinkers Atheists & Nonbelievers (FAN) Pages

Welcome to the Sacramento Freethinker Atheist & Nonbeliever meetup!

We strive to build a meaningful community with one another through monthly group meetings, potlucks, guest speakers, book discussions, film screenings, community outreach and other social activities.

Our group is principally dedicated to fellowship between those who value rational, candid discussion. We talk about issues that many shy away from due to this country's sectarian leanings, including the continued influence of organized religion in politics, education, law and other aspects of civic life.

This group is an assembly of persons who strive to embody the best spirit of the First Amendment. This includes the right of freethinkers, atheists and other nonbelievers to be represented in the ongoing dialog about the proper role of religion in American life.

We welcome new members and encourage everyone to become active participants. If you have suggestions or would like to plan an event, please let us know.
