it's been a while, lets come back to the Eastside.
Open to suggestions on whether we should have a 20-30min speaker slot, just lightning talks, or lightning talks with a vote for hearing from a few of the speakers to talk for another 15 min (meaning be lightning speakers should be prepared to go on for a full 20 min).
