Unwind with Habitat Young Professionals after work and meet other young professionals interested in doing good, while having fun! Raffle prizes this month include 4-packs of Hillard’s Beer and Habitat swag. Extra raffle tickets to those who make a donation or bring a friend.
We listened to you and are branching out to new neighborhoods. This month, we'll be in Ballard at the new Skillet Diner next to the Ballard Library. They're known for their grub, but their handcrafted cocktails are pretty great too! Happy hour until 8pm just for our group, so don't miss out. About Skillet: Originally a street cart known for its local/seasonal upscale diner food and nouveau-diner ambiance, it branched out to two brick and mortar locations (Capitol Hill and Ballard). The Ballard location, where we'll be is housed in the Greenfire Campus, a new eco-friendly building doing its part to keep Seattle green. Enjoy all of the skillet classics like the maple braised pork belly and waffle, our skillet burger with hand cut fries, southern fried chicken and legendary kale Caesar!
About Habitat Young Professionals: We’re a volunteer-based organization affiliated with Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County, and coordinate monthly volunteer opportunities and happy hours to help local young professionals get involved in our community. We pride ourselves on creating safe, fun and meaningful experiences for our volunteers, potential volunteers and supporters alike.
**Please note that we are a volunteer group of young professionals interested in doing good for the community and helping others. We are not a "meet-market", and in-fact discourage number trollers from attending. If any attendee displays inappropriate behavior, makes inappropriate advancements toward, or harasses other attendees, s/he will be escorted off the premises immediately. If you experience this type of behavior, please come tell us immediately so that we can address the situation before anyone else is made uncomfortable. Thank you in advance for helping us create a safe and inviting event. Be smart, be safe, be respectful (and please drink responsibly!).
Check us out before you come:
