UNF had to cancel our Osprey Challenge Event on Saturday since we only had seven people show up at UNF. We had 24 RSVPs and 5 on the Wait List as of Wed morning. By Friday afternoon, we were down to 19 participants. After four more cancellations overnight, we were at the minimum number of participants – 15. With 8 no-shows Saturday morning, we had 7 participants and UNF had 6 staff members ready to support us. The UNF Program could not take a financial loss and was forced to cancel our event.

I will reschedule the Osprey Challenge for another time. Advance payment will be required to guarantee fee collection for the minimum number of participants.

I rate this 5 stars because of the positive attitude of the people who wanted to participate but could not because so many people were no shows. Would have been fun, but ....
