For over 20 years, Sidetrackers has brought single outdoor enthusiasts together for high-quality adventures, including:
• 🚣 Water: Kayaking, canoeing • 🥾 Land: Hiking, cycling, camping, horseback riding • 🎯 Adventure: Ziplining, marksmanship, sightseeing, hang gliding
Whether you live in Northeast Florida or are just visiting, our varied activities accommodate all skill levels.
MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
• Meetup Group: Free to join and participate in most public events. • Official Club Membership: $25/year ($20 if paid before Feb 1st).
Why join? Your dues cover operational costs (like supplemental medical insurance for events) and unlock access to exclusive "Members-Only" social events and catered gatherings!
HOW TO JOIN THE OFFICIAL CLUB

- Submit your completed application and $25 fee by: • Mailing it to: Julie Hayes, 2193 Gail Avenue, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 • Handing it directly to Julie at any upcoming event or meeting.
RENEWALS: If you are already an official member paying your annual dues without a new application, you can skip the form and pay via Zelle. Just search for Sidetrackers in your Zelle app.

Hontoon Island day trip

Hontoon Island is a State Park near Deland. The short, free ferry runs from 7 until 5:30, on the hour.We will have a picnic lunch on the island so bring a sandwich or a bite to eat and something to drink.
I'm am bring my e-bike and have space for up to three for car pooling.
Meet at Bartrum Park McDonalds, and leave by 7:15.

Wonderwood Bridge Walk
BBQ Barn, 14025 mount pleasant road, Jacksonville, FL, USWonderwood Bridge Walk: We will meet at 6:45pm at BBQ Barn at 14025 Mt. Pleasant Road, right before the Wonderwood Bridge. If you need more time to deal with traffic, please use MeetUp App or contact me and we can have a second group start around 7:15 pm or so. We will start at BBQ Barn and walk over the Wonderwood Bridge toward Hanna Park, go about 2 to 2.5 miles and turn back for a total of 4 to 5 miles . Afterwards we will grab a bite to eat at the BBQ Barn. Please dress accordingly for weather, as it is a bit breezy on top of bridge. If you have a flashlight, please bring it or let me know and I'll bring a few extra flashlights there's a small stretch of a quarter mile where you'll need some light.
