About us
Badminton club in Central and West London:
Tuesdays at Queen Mother Sports Centre (Everyone Active), Victoria, and Sundays at Christ's School, Richmond.
Proper games, fair rotation, players grouped by level and a friendly, respectful atmosphere.
Near Victoria, Pimlico, Battersea, Vauxhall, Elephant & castle, Oval, Brixton, Westminster, Richmond, sheen, Putney, Hammersmith, Chiswick, Kew and Twickenham.
HOW TO BOOK
Book your place in our club app:
the link is in every event. An RSVP on Meetup on its own doesn't hold a place, but please RSVP here as well.
Played with us before? Use the same email and your games and results carry on.
Members book in the club app as usual.
SESSIONS
Tuesdays, 8 to 10pm, Victoria. Full sports hall, 5 courts, the whole hall to ourselves.
Intermediate to strong intermediate ladies, strong intermediate to advanced men.
Sundays, 4:30 to 7:30pm, Richmond. 4 courts, all year round, free secure car park.
Lower intermediate to advanced, singles and doubles.
Saturdays at Victoria are for our home league matches.

COST AND PAYING
£14 a session on Tuesdays and £15 on Sundays, premium feather shuttles included.
Pay by bank transfer when you book in the app, or cash at the start of the session. First timers pay cash please.
CANCELLING
Can't make it? Cancel in the app, or with the link in your booking email, at least 24 hours before so someone else can have your place.
Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the session fee. Unpaid fees must be settled before you play again; repeated no-shows or non-payment mean removal from the group.
MEMBERSHIP
We're a membership club. Regular players who match the club level can be offered membership: priority booking and much cheaper sessions.

LEAGUE
We run men's, ladies' and mixed teams in the Middlesex and Hammersmith leagues. Committed and want to play matches? Talk to us.
FACILITIES

Please pay at the start of the session.First‑timers must pay in cash due to previous no‑shows and non‑payment.
All first‑timers must also register on our in‑house MatchMaking app before joining the courts. If you haven’t registered, you won’t be able to start playing.Mobile reception in the hall is poor, so if you are set up to pay by bank transfer, you must pay in advance before attending. If we have to chase payment afterwards, the fee becomes £20.
Bank transfer is available from your second session onwards once it’s set up and we confirm your playing level fits the standard of the club.
Please only attend if you have RSVP’d on Meetup and are able to pay the session fee on arrival or have already transferred in advance.
If payment still isn’t settled, you will be removed from the group and blocked from attending future sessions.
The same applies to no‑shows who do not release their RSVP within the cancellation policy.Membership Options

Our MatchMaking app grades you over your first three consecutive sessions, and we offer a three‑session trial for £36 so you can settle in and see where you fit. As a guide, Tuesday sessions are for intermediate to strong intermediate ladies, and strong intermediate to advanced men. If you’re unsure of your level, come along — we’ll assess it on court and point you in the right direction.What’s Included
