The organization is designed to help young people in their 20's and 30's find opportunities to volunteer in their local community while meeting others with similar interests. Silicon Valley Volunteers focuses on providing opportunities that fit into the busy schedules of young people. Many opportunities listed on the site are in the evenings or weekends.
