Lake Annette/ Paradise Valley Snowshoe T3

Itinerary:

We willl drive as far as possible down the Moraine Lake road and proceed on snowshoes to the paradise valley trailhead. Following along side the cross country ski trail we will head up to Lake Annette.

Distance: 15km

Elevationn gain: 245-385m

Time: approx. 6-8 hrs

This event is best suited for experienced and strong hikers only. If you are unsure about your abilities, feel free to contact the Event Hosts.

Required Items

Micro spikes, snowwhoes, poles, warm layered clothing, gloves/mittens, water and lunch, first aid kit,

Money for commuting - $20 for gas per person, paid in cash to your driver.

We will be stopping in Banff for a bite to eat after the trek.

Your Hosts are volunteers and not trained guides. All participants are responsible for assessing the current road conditions, current weather conditions, your current physical condition, current trail conditions and current avalanche conditions for the trip and you are responsible for your safety and well-being. You are fully prepared with proper gear and you're physically fit to do this hike with the group
