Join us for a day full of fun and watch your favorite MLP Episodes on the big screen! This place can hold up to 150 people, so let's get everyone together and make this huge.

ATTN: The hotel will NOT be providing our event with WIFI. Additionally our event will be maxing the power capactiy within the room. We strongly discourage bringing any electronics that require a power source or WIFI.

TIME

The Mare-a-thon will run from 4:00pm-10:00pm.

I spoke with the hotel, they will allow Bronies to start showing up at 3:45/3:50. We however might not be ready so the doors may not open until 4:00, but we'll try to get you all in as early as possible.

This venue does not allow outside food or drinks. We should seriously consider meeting up ahead of time to all grab a late lunch/early dinner.

We appreciate your enthusiasm, but we have already enough help for setting up.

Please do not bring any additional electronics!

Unless you were specifically contacted by us, please keep them at home. The room might not be able to handle the additional electrical load. Cell phones, cameras, and the like are okay.

No Internet. No exceptions.

Do not connect to the Hotel internet. We will be charged for using that.
