Good to hear from Gen-Y panelists. Hope they become successful. I just wish there was better preparation (questions, topics), it seemed the panelists had no idea what they were going to get asked and so they clearly seemed to struggle in providing answers to many questions .. But I'm glad they were honest and open. I'd have liked to hear more from them instead of one of the moderators frequently satisfying his own personal agenda by sharing not-so-relevant jokes/incidences and deviating from questions as well as answers :-(. As usual, thanks to MSFT and organizers/volunteers !

    • Jern-Kuan L.

I rather like them not been too prepared. It will become a canned Q&A. The first answer is always the best answer cos it's the first thing that comes to their mind and most of the time it's the truth and resonates with them the most. I thought Robert Scoble did a great job to keep things lively and adding his own anecdotes. People can learn a lot from him too.
