Jim Stout started creating electronic music in 1986 with his first synthesizer, the Korg Poly-800 mk2. In the 90's, Jim formed the live PA act called Nebula 9 and performed all hardware live sets with some of the biggest pioneers in electronic music including Moby, Autechre and The Crystal Method. The 2000's saw Jim redirect his interest to movies and sound design, at that point he was contracted by the Roland Corporation to introduce the Roland V-Synth at the 2003 NAMM show. Jim continued his work with Roland for 6 years and then moved to Beatport as the General Manager of Sounds/To/Sample and Beatport Sounds. Jim Has recently started a new venture that will continue his love for Music and Sounds. More on Jim here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jimstout13

Rod Tanaka
Having been bitten by the electronic music bug the late 70’s, I purchased my Minimoog synth and have not stopped creating sounds and music. Years and many synths/gadgets later I find myself still creating new sounds and ways to perform. Working and teaching at Guitar Center for 15+ years now, I have enjoyed getting hands on experience with all of the evolution that has come about in music technology. I have also been a Music Photojournalist for over 30 years and have gotten to interview and photograph many of the top artists of our time, from those experiences I’m able to have my pulse on what's happening in the music world. I currently privately teach songwriting, recording, music technology and am available for hire as a Drummer, Guitarist, Bassist, Keyboard/Synth Programmer. http://www.tanakaphoto.net/
