I am pleased to present to the members of The Philosophy Café a distinguished guest, Dr Robin Hanson, Professor of economics at George Mason University. I was fortunate enough to hear Dr. Hanson's lecture on whole brain emulation economics with the Philosophical Society of Washington where he described his research into the economics of a society that might occur after whole brain emulation or transferring minds into computers occurs.
