Boilerplate to decorators, via context managers

Details
Dear Pythonistas,
our beloved organizer Patrick Morris has been looking into and implementing the use of context managers and decorators in Python to reduce the amount of boiler plate code and to easily expand the functionality of existing code. This talk would show the process I went through from the initial code with lots of repeated boilerplate to introducing context managers and then to using decorators instead. This would serve as an introduction to these cool and useful features of Python.
