Ticket Allocation System
UPDATE 17.10.24 - Ticket allocation has been completed, we have now contacted those who are successful with a link to register for the event. For those who have missed out at this stage we will be operating a waiting list with returned tickets being re-allocated.
Given the unprecedented demand expected for this joint meetup, we're implementing a fair and efficient ticket allocation system:
- Interested attendees are required to submit their details through this registration form: https://forms.gle/RQ9sSfewVsnqUKxq7
- Our team will review submissions to ensure a balanced representation from both communities.
- Confirmed attendees will receive a link to claim their ticket.
This approach allows us to:
- Avoid RSVP "squatting" and ensure tickets go to those genuinely intending to attend.
- Maintain a diverse audience with representation from both Rust and Python communities.
- Manage capacity effectively, giving everyone a fair chance to participate.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this system as we strive to make this event accessible to as many enthusiasts as possible.
