Los Angeles continues to be a hotbed of startups and new businesses in California. There's no doubt that Silicon Beach has a vibrant community of startup resources -- everything from coworking spaces to Venture Capitalists to Meetups, events, and groups catered to helping Startups grow and thrive. There's also a growing force of people on the eastside of Los Angeles that are hungry for these same resources but wanting it a little closer to home. We are a startup ourselves and have benefited from meeting many people on this side of town who have excellent energy, commitment, and knowledge and who are already helping people with their own businesses. It is this community that we want to open up further -- to invite those that are just starting their business or looking for their co-founder or just in need of some accountability and peer-to-peer review. The StartUp Toolbox is a set of tools and resources for the aspiring startup and existing businesses as well that is made up of individuals who are eager to help others while they benefit from the resulting enthusiasm and energy.
