May UX Meetup - Expert Evaluations & Heuristic Analysis

We will begin with an overview of expert evaluations & heuristic analysis--what they are, how they are conducted/used, why they are worth doing. Then we will dive into an on-the-spot mini analysis of the OSC Lab's website (at the request of Nick Petrowski, we're not putting him on the spot!) and give him some feedback.
