Think of me tonight, for that which you savor.
Did it give you something real, or could you taste
the pain of my death in its flavor?

Those of us who hear them, must help them to be heard.

You have NOTHING to lose by watching these

Get involved! The World is run by people who show up!
I wanted to see if you might be able to do me a favor if you frequent Whole Foods. Have you heard of Hampton Creek Foods? It’s a plant-based food company that my friend founded which has been getting a lot of attention (NPR, NY Times, Washington Post, etc.). The company is dedicated to being less expensive than its counterparts that use animal products, as well as work with major food manufacturers to remove eggs as ingredients.
There have been news reports that Whole Foods is considering launching “Just Mayo” and “Eat the Dough" (Hampton Creek’s vegan mayo and ready-to-eat or bake vegan cookie dough) on a national scale at the retail level. Yay! They’ll be more likely to do it if we build up a buzz this week. Can you help? If you’re able, just visit your local Whole Foods, ask for the grocery section manager, say you heard a lot about Hampton Creek's "Just Mayo" and "Eat the Dough" on the news, and you're hoping they'll carry it at their location.
I can’t thank you enough – this could be a massive victory for animals if we can make this happen. Not only would these products allow consumers to buy humanely (and reduce the demand for animal products), the more Hampton Creek sells the cheaper it can purchase its ingredients and packaging, thereby undercutting the factory farming industry even more.
Thanks so much!
