Athletes in general and Runners in particular should join my yoga classes that focus on runner's most sensitive body parts such as hips, hamstrings, ITB, knee, calves & ankles. My Yoga for Runner Hatha sequences will open your hips, release tight muscles, strengthen and lengthen your muscles, making you feel more loose and flexible and decrease the risk of getting injured by building up your muscle strength and flexibility.

Being a trailrunner and a yoga instructor I experience the benefits of yoga for runners in particular & athletes in general and I'm happy to share my knowledge and experience with you!
