Young Ethiopian Professionals ( YEP) is a community of diverse professionals who are striving for growth, excellence and success in their professional and social lives. The Purpose of YEP is to create, facilitate, and promote social and business networking platform among the Ethiopian professional community.

The YEP community uses this platform to:

  • Engage members discuss, exchange/disseminate useful information, share ideas and build strong professional networks.
  • Utilize social media to expand membership.
  • Invite guest speakers to share their life experiences and success stories.
  • Participate in community outreach and volunteering activities.
  • Organize learning excursions, trips and social outings.

YEP envisions a community that fosters success and growth to ultimately support Ethiopians at home and abroad reach their highest potentials and make a difference in their lives.
