Weekly Hyde Park Walking Group (Supported by the Rotary Club of Northbridge)
"It's not every day you can get out in the open air and meet such a unique and diverse group of people who also just want to enjoy the simple things of life and have some real conversations, and a laugh along the way."
Join the movement! Activate Mental Health, backed by the Rotary Club of Northbridge, is launching a weekly walking group at stunning Hyde Park.
Please meet us at the corner of Glendower and Palmerston Street for a leisurely 3-lap stroll around the lakes, followed by a coffee catch-up at BOOtoo Cafe or the Meeting Place.

Bring a mat or towel as the grass may be wet. Wear comfortable/protective clothing as we are outdoors with possible wind/sun etc ;)*Check map and photos to clarify location, we will be in one of the grassed avenues (south of the playground, near Davilak street)
*Event is weather dependent, check messages below on the day.
Please listen to your body on the day and decide how to participate safely. This is not an exercise class- we aim for slow steady breathing and staying within our comfort range so as to calm the mind, body and settle the nervous system.
