Microbrew and Wine Festival at Hunter Mountain

Hunter Mountain is a ski resort in the Catskills and is also a great place to go for a festival. We'll have great beer and wine to sample and buy. The ski lift should be running which means we'll get a ride up the mountain and then hike down.

Tickets for the festival are $20 at the door or $18 if you get them on-line.

After the festival, we'll setup camp and have dinner. The next morning we'll hike for a couple of hours before heading home.

Notice is short so let me know if you're not up for camping.
We'll meet on Saturday morning at 10:00 at a parking lot and bus drop off area at the intersection of 31st St and Bergenline Ave in Union City, NJ.
From the city it's actually quicker and easier to reach than Hoboken. You'll take a small bus from Port Authority, south terminal on 41st street. You can get a bus from gate 51 and give the driver $2.50. They leave around every 10 minutes and the ride takes less than 10 minutes. Sit on the right side of the bus (other side from the driver). Ask the driver to let you at Bergenline Ave.

The costs are as follows:
$25 meetup fee which will cover camping, firewood, a simple dinner and any other camp essentials. Anything left over (which should be at least a few dollars) will be returned minus $1 to cover the costs we pay meetup for this site.
$20 festival charge ($18 if you buy on-line)
transportation costs will be determined when we get a sense of driver/passenger ratio.
