Scrum Master interest

From: Rusty

HI all,

I am beginning to put together a budget proposal that would include. potentially, a Scrum Master project manager. ?We have two very small teams (2 people each) that we intend to grow to 4 people each shortly. ?The project manager would oversee both project teams simultaneously. ?The majority of our execution team (management and IT) are in Atlanta but there are also constituents in Canada and Brazil. ?We also have two devs (one fulltime, one contract) in North Carolina. ?We will need to nail distributed collaboration to make this work. ?Its a very hybrid stack bridging J2EE and .Net. ?The company, and its product roadmap, is a very exciting global play.

I would like to gauge interest and availability as well as get a feel for what to budget including tools and compensation to ensure success. Up until now, I have performed as Scrum Master and would like to be freed up to focus on other responsibilities as well as mature our organization's culture and process.

thanks very much
