Hello -

Someone forwarded your message about the FELV cat, and the fact that you plan to vaccinate him.  She wanted me to share some information.

I am heartened by the fact that there are people out there like you who are doing so much to help the companion animals who depend on us for care and love.   I'm getting up in years myself, but when I was younger I wanted most of all to be a veterinarian in order to help animals.  As it turned out, vivisection raised it's ugly head, and at that time I would not have been able to help animals without being forced to harm them.  SO, I became an activist instead, starting with vivisection, and, as it turned out, I learned more and better than if I had been subjected to the mainstream lockstep 'education' that supports harming instead of health.

Skip many years ahead, and I wrote a book titled "The Vaccination Connection."  It is sold out, but I am looking to have it put online so everyone can read it.  It is, however, very much quoted from in another book that is already online, Pat McKay's "Natural Immunity."

At this time I ask please that you don't vaccinate the FELV cat, or any of the others, for that matter.  People don't know the ingredients of vaccines, or what they do to the immune system.  If they did, they would NOT vaccinate.  The FELV cat is already immune-compromised, and vaccinating will only knock the immune system down more.

If you would like to know more, please do let me know, and in the meantime, here is some information from Dr. Pitcairn on the subject of feline and canine vaccinations:
