Demystifying DevOps

Mark Lavi will present a brief history of the DevOps movement and community then dive into an overview of the many methods and practices that are breaking down the barriers to achieve engineering agility. DevOps has no universal definition, yet everyone wants it or already “does” it. Mark will define DevOps, then identify cultural and technical challenges, so that you will understand and be able to chart your own journey to DevOps.
