Meditation Class

The meditation workshop includes guided meditation segment(s) and talk / discussion on meditative experiences and ideas.

We embrace and share a full range of meditative practices and techniques from ancient and modern traditions around the world, including standing meditation, sitting meditation, walking meditation, breathing practices, moving practices, visualization practices, concentration practices, mindfulness practices, insight meditation practices, relaxation practices, neuroscience based practices, and a lot more.

This is a unique opportunity to learn and experience the vast body of meditative practices.

Our teacher Mr Anthony Yung has practiced and researched many different meditative traditions over the world for more than 25 years.

$20 contribution to help this nice community service to survive and continue.
