  Get ready for some "bikram" bootcamp (I basically just mean that it will be hot!) and BBQ at my house! We will start off at 2:00 with a warmup run around my neighborhood.   We will meet at the Ferry in Tiburon, take the Ferry to the Island, and run. The plan is to do the 10 mile Middle & Summit Loop, but there is a 5 or 15 mile loop as well.
