Bicycle Loop Ride

We’ll meet at the east end of the parking lot of Udall Park along Tanque Verde at 9:30AM for our ride around Tucson via the Loop bike paths. The average end-of-ride pace will be 14-16 MPH for the 60 mile ride. We will make our way to the Pantano River bike path via Tanque Verde, Pio Decimo, Pima, Pantano, and Kenyon. That path will take us to Irvington, then over to the bike path on the east side of Houghton Rd. where we will cycle down to Valencia, Nexus, Rita Rd to the Julian Wash bike path. We will then cross over on Ajo & pick up the Santa Cruz River bike path. There is a nice park along the bike path to take a short break for snacks and a restroom visit. We will then head north to the Rillito River bike path which will take us to Craycroft. From there we will make our way back to Udall Park via River Rd, Sabino Canyon and Tanque Verde
