How to raise money over crypto projects? Recent crowdfunding initiatives such as MaidSafe, ZooZ and Mastercoin's omniwallet raised capital by reaching to their potential clientele, while others, such as Satoshi Dice just sold "Shares" in a non-existing company.

In this lecture, we will discuss what has been done until now, and how will the regulators see different kinds of public offerings.

The lecture will be given in Hebrew.

We would like to start the lecture at 19:00 sharp, so please make an effort to arrive on time, taking traffic into account. From 18:30 you'll have the opportunity to enjoy refreshments and socialize.

As always, the talk will be recorded for those of us who can't attend.
