DIY BioLab: Copy yeast DNA with OpenPCR

Interested in microbiology or molecular biology? Let's get together to copy DNA from yeast cells using OpenPCR and practice basic molecular biology laboratory techniques. No prior knowledge needed! While the experiment is going on, we can suggest and discuss ideas for further experiments and projects and how to create a permanent laboratory. Note: The experiment is expected to take 3-3.5 hours.
