Can't Stop the Serenity 2013
Hosted by The Boston Sci-Fi/Fantasy Meetup Group
Details
This Saturday night, the Coolidge Corner Theatre will present its annual midnight screening of Serenity, the feature-length follow-up to Joss Whedon's short-lived television series, Firefly.
Fans of Joss Whedon screen Serenity on his birthday to honor him and to raise money for his favorite charity, Equality Now (http://equalitynow.org/). Equality Now works to end violence and discrimination against women and girls around the world through the mobilization of public pressure.
We'll meet at nearby JP Licks at 10:45 PM and then make our way to the cinema line. As long as you have your tickets, you're guaranteed a seat! Find more details and purchase your tickets in advance for $17.50 at

Note that the MBTA will have stopped running by the time the film gets out, so plan your travel accordingly.
