Morning coffee with the community in Cambridge

Details

When you or your loved one is battling a brain tumour we know how important it is to meet with others who understand what you're going through. This Meet Up for people in or near Cambridge offers you a chance to do just that.

We'll be meeting in the lovely Sunflower Cafe at the Scotsdales Garden Centre. It's a great place to take some time to rest and rehydrate - even a fast growing sunflower needs that!

This get together has been kindly organised by Sam Newton, who was diagnosed with a brain tumour last summer. Sam would love it if you were able to join her amongst the flowers for a natter over a coffee and a cake (or perhaps a late breakfast!) You don't even have to talk brain tumours, sometimes it's just nice to be amongst those who have a shared narrative.

Patients, carers, fundraisers are all welcome. And do bring along a friend or family member if you like.

The garden centre is just off J11 of the M1 and close to Addenbrookes Hospital. Please note that brainstrust is not able to cover the costs of refreshments on this occasion.

For more info, give us a call at brainstrust on 01983 292405 or email hello@brainstrust.org.uk - and don't forget to RSVP just so we know how many to expect.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Sam, Pete, and everyone at brainstrust x
