Maltby-Ames Lake loop, 42 Miles, Brisk, 2,500' elevation, (HEAVEN & HILLS)

This is a joint ride with Cascade Bicycle club and my friends from COGS(Cyclists of Greater Seattle) I will be using a couple short dirt neighborhood cut through to avoid busy roads. This will add up to about 1/3 mile total. Heavy rain will cancel or showers with below 40 degrees temperature. You will be required to sign a Cascade waiver. There is no planned restaurant or bakery stop. We will have a quick energy bar stop about mile 23. Please bring spare tubes and tools just in case.
