Hilly Sceneic Ride Through Shoreline Woodway Edmonds (Moderate 20 Mi 1700' Elv.)

Come join me for my first ride as a Cascade Ride Leader! We will meet at Richmond Beach Park at the lower parking lot at the bottom of the hill restrooms at the start. We will stop for a quick snack break for 5-10 min at the Meadowdale Playfields after climbing N Meadowdale Rd (A very steep hill) whare there will restrooms and water fountains. Please arrive with enough time to ready your gear, sign the ride waiver, and listen to the pre-ride briefing.

Ice/Snow Cancels but not Rain

This will be a Moderate paced ride (14-16 mph on the flats). Faster riders are welcome to climb at their own pace and we will regroup at the top of the hills. There will be one very steep hill up N Meadowdale Rd one part of the hill the grade is 14% so have a good Climbing gear!

If the roads are wet and your bike is not equipped with fenders, you will be asked to ride at the rear to prevent spraying others.

Please have a spare tube and/or patch kit and the necessary tools and knowledge to change a flat and handle minor mechanical issues.
