A ride around and thru Seattle. Sights include Green Lake, The Troll, Lenin, Ballard Locks, Smith Cove, Shilshole Bay, Seattle Center, International District, Lake WA, and the purple track at the UW.

This can be a challenging but rewarding ride to see the iconic sights and seasonal decorations around the Emerald City. If you are new to the area or just think of Seattle as freeway exits, this may help to clarify the layout of the city.

There are two longer hills before lunch and the remainder shorter. Note that walking bikes is required thru the Locks, so cleat covers may be helpful. Patience, single file and caution are especially important downtown. Lunch at Seattle Center food court--bike locks highly recommended. Cameras are welcome for short photo ops.
