Hilly Sceneic Ride Through Shoreline Woodway Edmonds (Brisk 20 Mi 1700' Elv.)

Join me and burn off some of those thanksgiving calories! We will meet at Richmond Beach Park at the middle parking lot next to the porta pot. We will stop for a quick snack break for 5-10 min at the Meadowdale Playfields after climbing N Meadowdale Rd (A very steep hill) where there will restrooms and water fountains. Please arrive with enough time to ready your gear, sign the ride waiver, and listen to the pre-ride briefing.

Ice/Snow Cancels but not Rain. If it rains heavy pouring Rain I may alter the route a little to avoid N Meadowdale Rd.

This will be a Brisk paced ride (16-18 mph on the flats). Faster riders are welcome to climb at their own pace and we will regroup at the top of the hills. There will be one very steep hill up N Meadowdale Rd one part of the hill the grade is 14% so have a good Climbing gear!

If the roads are wet and your bike is not equipped with fenders, you will be asked to ride at the rear to prevent spraying others.

Please have a spare tube and/or patch kit and the necessary tools and knowledge to change a flat and handle minor mechanical issues.

Folding bikes welcome Leader will be riding a Brompton folding bike!
