Up and Down the Auburn, Kent, Tukwila Valley moderate 14-16

It's winter and this is the time of the year when I become a "couch potato". I struggle every year at this time to get out the door. I hate the cold. But I'm determined this year to get out there on my bike and keep some of my fitness throughout the winter months. If you too are a winter couch potato join me in putting a stop to this seasonal ailment. Join me this Friday for a ride up and down the valley. We'll spin our legs, get some fresh (chilly air), and enjoy the morning on our bikes with fellow riders. We'll stop at Panera Bread in Kent before continuing on to the end.

We will start our ride from Walmart’s parking (http://home.comcast.net/~krezes/supermall.PNG) lot in the Super Mall in Auburn. Meet on the south end of Walmart next to the Interurban trailhead entrance. Meet at the parking lot early enough to sign the ride waiver, hear the route details, and review the SMART riding.

Riders should come prepared with all necessary equipment to fix a flat and ride safely.

Moderate pace (if there are posted speed signs on the trails we will not exceed them), mostly flat, ice/snow cancels, 30 miles, occasional regroup.
