Christmas Day Spinning Ride from Matthews Beach (25 miles, Moderate 14-16mph)

Did you get new bike toys? Bundle up in a winter gear and come out and show off your new toys and try them out on this flat spinning ride! The ride will start at Matthews Beach Park in north Seattle. The route will take us to Redhook Brewery in Woodinville (sorry, no brews, dudes) via Burke-Gilman & Sammamish River trails, circle around it and head back on surface streets & BG trail. We will have a quick stop at Wilmot Gateway Park for peeling a layer.

If you are a steady "steady" rider and always want to challenge the moderate pace, this is a great ride for you. However, if you can't keep up the pace, it will be self-paced.

As always, bring snacks, water, and tools/tubes to fix a flat.

Steady rain and ice/snow will cancel the ride.
