Maltby Silver Lake

This is a "country/city" ride at a brisk pace. Starting out from Maltby Park, we'll head west on county roads toward the south end of Mill Creek then turn north to Silver Lake. From there it's back out to the country, where we'll ride along a short stretch of the Snohomish River valley before turning south for a nice steady climb back to the finish.

We will ride in anything but heavy rain. If we get caught out in unexpected weather we can make a group decision to shorten the route.

You should be able to sustain the noted pace, read a cue sheet, change a flat (and have the requisite equipment). If you would like a cue sheet, please print your own from the ride link.

There is no pre-planned rest stop as this is a short ride so bring a snack to munch during any brief roadside break that we might want to take. There are restrooms available at the start.

Although this is an afternoon ride, for safety you are highly encouraged to have a working taillight. Please have fenders if the weather looks sketchy or the roads are wet.
