Seattle Wedgwood Hill Repeats

16 miles, 1800+ feet of climbing.
Do you want a ride where you feel like your bike doesn't have enough gears? Then this is the ride for you. Join me for some serious hill repeats. This is a punishing ride where you will be climbing constantly. We will regroup before starting each hill and again at the top of each hill.
In between we will take a moderate pace (14-16mph) on any flats we actually run into.
Ride starts at Licton Springs Park. You can park on Densmore or 95th. Bathrooms are on the Ashworth side.
We will head towards Burke-Gilman Trail via 68th. After warming up on the rollers, we will climb just about every incline from there to 100th.
