Hills in Edgewood (25 miles, 1623 elevation, Moderate)

Lets ride some hills. We will start out of the Sumner Fred Meyer (east side of parking lot next to Garden Center). We will have a 5 mile flat warm up and then do the first of three sets of climbs up Sumner Heights Dr to Edgewood. This is a mile long climb with a max grade of 6% .. In the course of the ride we will do the Sumner Heights Dr. three times with smaller hills mixed in. .... What's the best way to get better on hills? Ride Hills. Steady Rain Cancels
