Lets get better on hills and ride'um. We leave Sumner Fred Meyer (east side of parking lot) next to garden center. We will have a couple miles warm up and then start climbing up to Edgewood. We will be doing the mile long climb up Sumner Heights Dr twice and the very 'pitchy' Monta Vista Dr once. ... mixed in will be some country riding and rollers. The long climbs can be challenging but the only way to get better is to do it.

Please bring tubes, tools and arrive in time to prepare your bike. We roll out at 6:00 PM.

Pace: Moderate (14 - 16 MPH) on the flats, (if burning legs allow).
